Sunday will start off with “Double-Slug Bob.” The top 10 teams in the overall standings after this event will advance to the Final.

160-ft. Big Bob pull
80 handstand push-ups
80-ft. double-Slug lunge

Each team will use two 3-person Slugs for the lunges. Two athletes will work at a time for the toes-to-bars and handstand push-ups.
