The fourth workout of the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games Open has been announced from Schriever Air Force Base. Open Workout 16.4 is a 13-minute AMRAP of 55 deadlifts (225 lb. / 155 lb.), 55 wall-ball shots (20 lb. to 10’/ 14 lb. to 9′), 55-calorie row, and 55 handstand push-ups.
