Whether you want to watch the Games on TV, or get more competition experience with our team and weightlifting competitions, the fall is packed with things to do. Here’s what’s coming up next.
1. The CrossFit Games will air on ESPN2.
Our post-production coverage of the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games will air on ESPN2 beginning Sunday, Oct. 9, and Sunday, Oct. 16. The first episode covers previously unseen events from the Ranch, the original home of the CrossFit Games, and the ocean swim. The next three episodes dive into the men’s competition, and the final three episodes cover the women’s competition. We’ll show you the Games in a way that couldn’t be captured in the livestream.
2. Next Tuesday, the CrossFit Team Series begins.
The CrossFit Team Series, presented by Compex, is your chance to join in team workouts designed by the creators of the CrossFit Games (without qualifying for regionals or the Games). You don’t have to train at the same affiliate, but you do have to do the workouts together. We’ll release the first set of workouts and scaled options next Tuesday, Sept. 6, so the clock is ticking. Grab three friends and register now. Then check out the CrossFit Games Facebook page to learn how you can showcase your affiliate love during the workouts.
