A rare commodity comes to Kiawah
RiverView townhomes on Kiawah Island

Luxury townhomes to debut in Kiawah’s RiverView neighborhood

Kiawah abounds in the most delightful residential properties. Stunning single-family homes? Check. Airy, sun-filled villas close to the beach? Check. New-construction, luxury townhomes? Well… not so much, until now.

Perfect for the homebuyer who wants the feeling and space of a luxury home without the maintenance, townhomes can offer a true “lock it and leave it” experience. And the new RiverView townhomes, some with multi-level views of the Kiawah River, will feel even more like single-family luxury homes than usual.

Each townhome will be only partially attached to its neighbor on the first-floor living level, nestled in a lush landscape designed by John Tarkany Associates in this highly walkable, gated neighborhood. A private neighborhood dock, kayak launch, gathering pavilion, and saltwater pool are just a stroll away down a brick path.

And the nearby walking and bike trail makes a quick dash to nearby Freshfields Village, the beach, or the rest of Kiawah Island a cinch.

Carefree living on the Kiawah River

Three townhome plans, with five elevations, will offer spacious living areas filled with natural light, first- or second-floor master suites, three bedrooms, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens, metal roofs, covered porches, and optional three-stop elevators. Floor plans for the three townhomes can be previewed online here.

Residents will enter private, two-car garages via a rear alleyway.

Fifteen townhomes will be built in total, starting at under $1.1 million. The townhomes will range in size from 2,100 to 2,500 heated square feet.

Contact your Kiawah Island Real Estate sales executive for more information, including limited-time homebuyer incentives, and to arrange a personal tour. RiverView is located at Kiawah Island Parkway and Beachwalker Drive, just outside the main gate.
