The 2015 Spring Tour of Homes is quickly approaching. Ten beautiful homes feature on this year’s tour and showcase a variety of offerings available on Kiawah Island. Of course, we encourage you to explore the range of architectural styles, views, and interior design at each home, but this Tour of Homes offers more.
As you tour, you’ll find inspiration for entertaining in your own home, opportunities to talk with interior designers, and a chance to meet two celebrated Lowcountry artists.
We are happy to announce this year’s Spring Tour of Homes! The homes on this year’s tour showcase a variety of ocean, marsh, and golf views, as well as a range of architectural styles. Additionally, a selection of local artists and design companies will be stationed at select homes, enhancing the best of each Kiawah Island offering.
Following the tour, guests are invited to the lawn at the Arrington Cottage next to Cassique Clubhouse for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. We not only welcome you to explore the homes, we also are excited to offer one attendee A Taste of Kiawah Style, which invites four guests for a two night stay in Arrington Cottage and dinner at Voysey’s at Cassique. Every attendee who views at least six homes will have a chance to win this luxurious prize.
The Kiawah Island Property Report is a comprehensive statistical and real estate data analysis incorporating all closed real estate transactions on Kiawah Island. The current edition of this quarterly analysis encompasses all of 2014’s sales data, which was accumulated via the waivers submitted to Kiawah Partners and validated through other data sources.
